As CCO, Erica has put collaboration at the core of Publicis NY’s creative process, leveraging the power of media, strategy, experience, data and CRM to deliver some of the most creative and transformative work in the industry. In 2020, her uniquely integrated approach earned Erica recognition as one of the Top 26 Agency Leaders to Watch by Adweek and 40 over 40 by Campaign. Most recently, Erica helped relaunch 10 of J.M Smucker’s largest brands, including Jif, Folgers, Milkbone and Café Bustelo. She’s also been instrumental in leading the ongoing rollout of Citibank’s new, fully integrated global platform.
