Hola, I'm a Peruvian Group Creative Director at Droga5. From Lima to Dubai to Los Angeles to New York, I've been lucky enough to experience this industry in different regions, markets, and cities. During my tenure at those agencies, I helped stimulate and create the best creative performances the agencies had ever seen, including landing one #5 agency globally for Impact BBDO in 2019 (Warc Rankings). My work has been recognized with over 100 international awards: 18 Cannes Lions, including a Grand Prix and a Titanium shortlist, and recognitions in every major show like The One Show, Clios, D&AD, and Effies. These continuous results place me as the #15 Creative Director, according to The World Creative Rankings by The Drum 2020. Recently, I've spent time working with The One Club's Online Portfolio Review, which aims to help new creative graduates find their feet during the pandemic. Before my life in advertising, I completed my degree in Communications in Peru with a short stint in Architecture. Outside of advertising, I'm a big Ramen aficionado who spends a good amount of time trying to decide whether LA or New York has the best Tonkotsu bowl.
