Devon has been awarded internationally by The One Show, Cannes Lions, ADCC, The Clios, D&AD to name a few, and as a result was named #1 art director in Canada in 2019. In the same year, she was selected as one of fifteen women from around the world for Cannes Lions See It Be It Creative Leaders programme.

At agencies like TribalDDB and FCB/Six, she has created effective campaigns for clients including Samsung, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, CitiBank, Canadian Tire and BMW. Her work for PFLAG Canada was exhibited internationally in the UK at The Design Museum’s retrospective on graphic design and political messages.

In 2020, she co-founded BBL to work with brands that embrace change, leverage shifts in culture, and use creativity to create impact.
