Munia Bilbao joined Sra Rushmore WPP as creative director from Vodafone in 2014. She now works for the agency's key clients including global and local brands such as Coca-Cola, GSK, Heineken, ING and others. Sra Rushmore has been ranked #1 in Creativity Effectiveness for Spanish clients for 14 consecutive years (Agency Scope, Scopen)

Before this, she spent three incredible years in sunny Florida, working at The Community Miami. Before that, she worked at agencies such as Sra Rushmore (where she later returned), Proximity BBDO and Contrapunto BBDO. Before that… well, she was playing Legos in her small fishing town in northern Spain.

During her career, her work has been recognized at festivals such as Cannes Lions, The One Show, Eurobest, the Clios, El Sol and many others. In addition, she has had the privilege of being invited as a judge in some of them.
