During her 15-year career, Karolina has helped grow brands such as Deutsche Telekom, Coca- Cola, McDonald’s, Commerzbank and Vodafone. She helped Ogilvy, then Y&R and DDB become the most creative agencies in Hungary, respectively. In 2022, she joined VML Budapest as ECD.

Her work has been awarded at Cannes Lions, The One Show, London International Awards, Eurobest, Art Director’s Club Global, New York Festivals, The Webbys and with 3 Grand Prix’s at Golden Drum. She has been honoured to judge ADC Global, Dubai Lynx, Clio, London International and Glass Lions. She won the bursary placement at the Berlin School’s Creative Leadership Programme, has been a speaker at international festivals, a mentor of LIAisons, and graduated Rare, Google’s Leadership Academy. She's a pack builder and feels happiest when she sees her team succeed.
