Josh Gross is the Chief Creative Officer of Energy BBDO, where he’s led the agency’s most creative period in its over 90-year history.

He’s achieved this with work that blends culture and commerce, creating ideas that transcend format and work their way into people’s lives. Ideas like Certified Care for SC Johnson, Claritin’s DiversiTree Project, and Extra Gum’s post-pandemic viral hit, For When It’s Time.

Josh’s work has been recognized by every major global advertising festival including One Show, D&AD, Cannes, and Clio. While he’s very proud of those awards, he’s even more proud when his work is covered in outlets like the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, ESPN, and The Guardian.

Before joining BBDO, Josh spent time at CP+B, AKQA, and Jung von Matt. To this day his favorite thing about advertising is all the amazing people he’s lucky enough to work alongside and learn from.
