A digital and creative practitioner for 20 years, Benjamin has been helping brands redefine themselves with ideas that travel across spaces, channels, and communities. His experience spans various sectors, with a focus on financial services, automotive, technology, telecommunications, and consumer packaged goods. 
 
Prior to joining Critical Mass, Benjamin helped Verizon and American Express build out new consumer facing products, services, and benefits. In 2015, Benjamin co-founded a Consumer Product Innovation consultancy inside mcgarrybowen for Verizon, and helped create and helped build and develop several digital IoT and media products, including Go90, Hum, and Verizon Smart Locator. 
 
Presently, Benjamin proudly serves as the EVP, Executive Creative Director at Critical Mass NYC, where his mission is to build value and meaning between brands, the people they serve, and the world in which they are citizens.
