Matt Jakob (aka ‘Jakob') has dedicated over 15 years in transforming design through technology for some of the most iconic brands and products. Engineer by nature and creative by trade, he has developed a methodology rooted in Design Thinking that took him to lead teams in the UK and USA for clients including Nike, Facebook, Google, Intel, Verizon, Apple and IBM.

Known for his humanistic approach to design, Jakob frequently shares his thoughts at major industry events and was a lecturer on Morphogenetic Design at UCL's Bartlett School of Architecture (London UK).

Currently at R/GA New York, he serves as Executive Creative Director overseeing and elevating the creative vision for Nike and leading the Generative AI group.

His past roles include being Creative Director at Meta, where he drove product innovation for Messenger and Instagram.
