Ada Mayer is a brand design specialist with over 15 years of experience leading teams in building meaningful brand worlds for businesses at key inflection points. Currently, she leads the New York design team at Landor, the world's largest brand and design agency.

She has a truly multidisciplinary background, with her expertise spanning traditional graphic design, brand systems, industrial design, and virtual experiences. She began her career designing campaigns and experiences for Nike and has since been a creative leader at world-renowned agencies and product brands including Red Antler, Wolff Olins, and Meta Reality Labs.

She is driven by curiosity and collaboration, guiding teams to use strategic insights and open exploration to uncover dynamic and impactful design solutions. She has worked with adventurous entrepreneurs to launch category-defining products; with corporate change agents to democratize access to essential resources; and with legacy players to innovate content storytelling. Notable clients include Google, Lucid Motors, Visa, Facebook, Nixon, and the NBA.

With degrees in both Journalism and Design Objects, she is passionate about building brands informed by research and activating stories through rich, dimensional experiences.
