Azahara's beginnings in the sector are linked to the production of short films and video clips, although he started in the advertising sector at a very young age. She has a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and a Diploma in production from the ECAM (Film School of the Community of Madrid). She worked as a production coordinator on national and international projects for brands such as: Heineken, Pepsi, Mitsubishi, Burger King and Coca Cola among other advertisers. From there she became production manager for different clients such as Estrella Galicia, Reale Seguros or Canal+. She combined advertising with television, where she was part of the production department for Warner Bros. programs, which were filmed both in Spain and in other countries. Later she jumped to the management of F4 – a company specialized in sets and management of camera/lighting material, where she was in charge of the operation of the company and its resources, whose activity was aimed at the supply of series and films.

In 2017 she joined the agency Dommo, currently PS21, where she led the production part of the agency. At that time she worked with clients such as KFC, Tanqueray, La Casera, Just EAT, Pullmantur. In addition, she managed the production of Randm, the production’s agency in-house, where the content was directly produced and the teams were formed from zero to provide a differentiated service compared to the rest of the agencies. From there she moved to Garlic where she were three years as a producer with a special predilection for the BRBR group of directors and their projects.

She is currently the Production Director of DDB group and a member of the management committee of the agency.

Among her clients are CUPRA, ALDI, REPSOL, BANCO SABADELL and ONCE, as well as VOLKSWAGEN and AUDI, where she is the Head of the department.

She has won 9 Cannes Lions so far.
