Nicholas started his creative career at the age of 16, as a writer in a storeroom under the staircase at BBH in Singapore.

Shortly after, and when it was legally possible to do so, he founded The Secret Little Agency (TSLA) in the dining room of a friend's apartment. Today, The Secret Little Agency is still the only creative agency in Singapore to be awarded top honours as both Independent and Creative Agency of the Year multiple times in the last decade at Campaign's Agency of the Year Awards.

The Secret Little Agency is also one of the latest additions to the Mother family around the world. Just last year, Nicholas re-joined the creative department The Secret Little Agency as Chief Creative Officer and now leads creative charge on brands such as Netflix, IKEA, Marriott Bonvoy, Star Alliance, KFC, and DBS.

So far...he's really liking it.
