With nearly two decades of experience, Julia Neumann has solidified her reputation as a driving force in the future of advertising, known for crafting bold, transformative campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands. As Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Le Truc, Publicis Groupe's next-generation creative collective, Neumann continues to push the boundaries of innovation and cultural impact.

An Austrian native, Neumann previously served as Chief Creative Officer at Johannes Leonardo, where she led groundbreaking campaigns for clients such as Adidas, Kraft Heinz, Instagram, Uber, and Volkswagen. Her time as Executive Creative Director at TBWA/Chiat Day also saw her shaping celebrated work, including the award-winning “Billie Jean King Your Shoes” for Adidas, JetBlue’s “FlyBabies,” and MTN Dew’s “Major Melon.”

Neumann has been recognized for her creative contributions to the industry by all major award shows. 
Other individual accolades include being named to Business Insider's annual list of Most Creative Women in Advertising in 2013, 2014 and 2016, AdAge’s Creatives You Should Know list in 2016, and Adweek’s Creative 100 – Agency Leaders to Watch in 2020.

Beyond the agency world, Neumann channels her creativity into passion projects advocating for social change. She founded Wild Things Roar to empower causes close to her heart and created the acclaimed short documentary Deporting Myself, which won Best Short Documentary at the Coney Island Film Festival and featured at NBC News' Meet the Press Film Festival. Additionally, she launched Bail-Art, an initiative leveraging art to support and free incarcerated artists. Through these efforts, Neumann shows how storytelling can challenge injustices and inspire action.
