Believing that much of today's most modern creativity is 49% idea and 51% being able to make it a reality, John approaches the work as an entrepreneur, taking ownership and doing whatever it takes to drive and execute great creative ideas. He loves bringing together colleagues from all points within the agency, and many from outside the agency, all toward a single creative vision.
