Geoff is a Creative Director at Rethink Toronto. He mostly works on Heinz, but also touches IKEA, MolsonCoors and WestJet. His focus is fast-moving projects that seize cultural moments for the brand. Like ‘Heinz Ketchup and Seemingly Ranch’, which turned a Tweet about Taylor Swift eating at a Chiefs game into Heinz' most viewed ad campaign ever. Or “Can’t Unsee It”, a recent collaboration between Heinz, Marvel, and Ryan Reynolds that made sure no one sees the new Deadpool & Wolverine movie without thinking of Ketchup & Mustard.

His work has been covered on shows like Stephen Colbert and Drew Barrymore, and in publications the New York Times and the Washington Post. After 6 years in advertising, Geoff has been named in AdAge’s 40 Under 40, as AdAge’s Creative Team of the Year with his partner Zach Bautista, ranked as Canada’s #1 most awarded copywriter for two consecutive years, and won 30 Cannes Lions.

Before he worked at Rethink, Geoff worked in kitchens and attended University of Toronto, where he published a full-length book as a Northrop Frye Undergraduate Fellow. A fun fact about Geoff is that he grew up in what was technically a village (Ailsa Craig, Ontario).
