Allie is an Associate Creative Director at Rethink Toronto. Born and raised in Canada, Allie began her career in Toronto after graduating with a Bachelor of Design from the Ontario College of Art and Design. Her work has been awarded by Cannes Lions, The One Show, LIAs, Clios, Epica, Communication Arts, Marketing Awards, ADCC, Applied Arts, among others.

Driven by an obsession with human behaviour, Allie is on a mission to create work that shifts culture and reveals truths. As a woman of colour, she is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of creatives, especially POC individuals, through programs such as Women Who Create NYC.

When she’s not working, Allie enjoys dancing as hard as humanly possible at Beyoncé concerts and explaining her job to her immigrant parents.
