Chihiro Konno is a Creative/Art Director currently based in Tokyo, Japan.

After completing her Master’s degree in the UK, she built a diverse career spanning roles at Droga5 (part of Accenture), a venture studio, creative boutiques, and a variety of freelance projects. Her experience blends agency, consulting, and entrepreneurial perspectives, enabling her to approach challenges with both strategic insight and creative depth.

Chihiro’s work bridges design, technology, and culture to craft concept-driven solutions across a wide spectrum of media—from digital platforms and brand experiences to film, spatial design, and emerging technologies.
