With over a decade of experience, she has built a career producing boundary-pushing work across music videos, commercials, branded content, feature films, and live performance.

In early 2025, Maxwell joined Even/Odd as Senior Executive Producer, bringing her signature approach to a new chapter—one rooted in collaboration, consistency, and championing emerging voices.

Her name is behind some of the most visually and emotionally compelling projects in the industry, having worked with global brands like Amazon, Samsung, Beats by Dre, L’Oréal, and Netflix, and iconic artists including The Weeknd, Chaka Khan, Kendrick Lamar, Madonna, and Dua Lipa.

Maxwell is also the co-founder of Change The Lens, a nonprofit organization advocating for the increased representation of Black filmmakers in the commercial and music video sectors.
