A creative leader with over 10 years of experience. Neema's fascination with the human mind and behaviour was what prompted her to pursue and complete a degree in Psychology and Anthropology. That same curiosity became the catalyst for a successful career centred around understanding consumer needs and delivering on them through powerful brand storytelling. Since joining advertising in 2018 Neema has won countless awards both locally and internationally, including being the first black African woman to win The Next Creative Leader award founded by The One Club of Creativity. As an industry thought leader Neema serves as an esteemed judge on various panels, inspiring her passion for transformative brand storytelling.
