Clem leads the Brand Design practice group, which he co-founded with Jasmax principal Nick Moyes in 2017. The team currently works from the Auckland studio across a portfolio of projects focussed on brand experience, place-branding, wayfinding signage programmes and cultural integration.

In Australasia, projects Clem has participated in have been awarded three best in discipline Purple Pins at The Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Design Awards alongside Pinnacle and Distinctions within the Australian Graphic Design Association Awards programme. Clem was invited to judge the Australian Graphic Design Awards in 2018.

His work has also received recognition internationally, including D&AD, Red Dot, The Tokyo Type Directors Club and selection as a Young Gun by the New York Art Directors Club in 2011.

Jasmax is a multi-disciplinary, bicultural architecture and design practice responsible for some of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most sustainable and forward-thinking designs.
