José Solé is a Chilean type designer working at Dalton Maag as a Senior Font Developer. He's had different roles in projects such as Bookerly and Ember for Amazon, the Ubuntu fonts, Netflix Sans, Nokia Pure Klingon, the Lomino family for Magic Leap, a suite of fonts for the Facebook app as well as fonts for Facebook Inc, BBC Reith, Google Scope One and Intel Clear. He has also worked on a few of Dalton Maag's library fonts like Aktiv Grotesk, InterFace, Effra and Mokoko. Sometimes he designs, other times he leads projects or engineers and hints fonts.

He currently lives in London, UK.
