“The Complexity of Mein” is a brand built on the concept of making noodles with the art of Chinese Kong Fu. 云 has the meaning of talking, and we’d like to share the culture of noodles and its importance to Taiwan. By the appearance of our product, we blend the image of Kong Fu and the procedures together, to express the spirit of the professionalism. There will be a collection of esoterica that includes four different parts. And we hope you could get to experience the beauty of Taiwanese culture of Mein!
