Processed is a fictional data-driven exhibition where you see the truth about your late-night snacks. Accurate data back all physical visualizations, and it's an attempt to bring eating awareness to processed food and its mental and physical consequences. All information gathered in this project is accurate and drove all the visuals created for the exhibition. I used and photographed real food, and the standard nutrition facts label inspired the design and typeface usage (Forma DJR). The graphics are meant to make understanding our nutritional health more accessible and fun.
