Every year, over 110 million animals are killed in U.S. labs for medical training and product testing. This isn’t new; these horrors have been known for a while now, yet people still don’t seem to care. It’s not enough to just show this abuse. Many people just don’t see animals the same way they see humans; they lack empathy. People need to stop waving off their abuse just because they’re not human.

We’re going to give animals a voice. Animals Anonymous is a platform for abused animals to speak up and share their experiences. These anonymous voices will share their stories on full display, grabbing attention from those who empathize with their experience, NOT their species. Too many people wave off animal abuse because they empathize better with humans. It’s time we start empathizing with the experiences of the abused instead of their species.
