The Young Ones competition is one of the most acclaimed advertising, interactive and design student competitions. It has a tradition of excellence dating back to 1986.
How do we get people to think Verizon whenever they need tech accessories? By getting them to see tech accessories when they see Verizon.
Our idea is to temporarily change the logos on Verizon storefronts. The new logos will replace one letter of Verizon’s name with an image of a tech accessory so that when people see Verizon, they think of the tech accessories they need.
These new logos will also be placed on billboards with corresponding copy to further push our message that Verizon sells high quality gadgets at reasonable prices.
A large version of the logo will also be placed in the middle of Grand Central Station, NYC filled with tech accessories from the lost & found. In front of the logo, people will find the words “You lost it. We found it” to show that people can replace their lost tech accessories in store at Verizon.
