The solution lay in creating an extension of the restaurant through a Farm-to-Pantry Sustainability Initiative, offering a line of preserved foods. Leveraging recent trends in sustainable food markets, particularly the growth of plant-based and dehydrated foods, SingleThread could now cater to a wider audience while reducing food waste.
