Philly’s After Hours is a business initiative that helps restaurant owners combat rising costs by turning food waste into profit. With restaurants losing 4-10% of revenue annually due to waste, we invited them to use their last hour of service to create Philly-infused dishes with their surplus ingredients. We then sold them outside the city’s busiest bars and clubs, giving all profits back to the restaurants, proving that Philadelphia is more than an ingredient, it’s an investment.
