The Heinz "Wake It Up" commercial spot establishes Heinz Jalapeño Ketchup as the go-to breakfast condiment by showing a series of scenarios in which Heinz Jalapeño Ketchup adds a spicy twist to each character’s morning routine. The Heinz creative brief called to focus on breakfast as the primary application for their jalapeño ketchup, and to target a Gen Z audience. To accomplish this, we tailored a unique visual style to captivate a Gen Z audience through dynamic shot design, editing techniques, and production design, whilst building a universal narrative that speaks to a range of demographics. The spot highlights Heinz Jalapeño Ketchup as the premier breakfast condiment by connecting with characters in the midst of their morning routine, all of whom utilize the ketchup to "wake up" their day.
