I am very serious about being silly.
Here is a brief list of times and places when that has payed off:
Fridays on the set of the Bulgarian version of Grey's Anatomy.
While pitching my Adobe work to Malvina Reynolds' great great grandson on Zoom.
While interviewing a fur farm worker.
On calls with my mom.
During creative reviews at the Bulgarian agency I used to work for.
At the basement of VCU Brandcenter.
On the sidewalks of NYC, while putting up tiny billboards for rats.
And pretty much anytime in between.
