Based on biological evolution, this project proposes a definitive protocol for the symbiosis between humanity and nature. It explores the possibilities of land regeneration following the decommissioning of the Maanshan Nuclear Power Plant (NPP3), addressing critical issues such as declining tourism quality, aging populations, ecological degradation, and energy transition in Kenting.

The vision aims to reshape the future urban fabric of Kenting through landscape restructuring, ecological restoration, and the transformation of energy infrastructure into a resilient settlement. The spatial strategy utilizes environmental logic as a foundation and functional necessity as a guide to extend organic urban textures. By implementing an adaptive grid system, the design establishes human-scaled urban nodes and transit intervals, integrating the growth logic of mycelium (fungal networks) as the generative basis for the city's structure.

Aligned with the four stages of nuclear decommissioning, a 25-year short, medium, and long-term development plan is proposed—spanning from clearance and renewal to rebirth—gradually realizing an urban vision where ecology and humanity coexist in harmony.
