I often go to the nearby market with my mother to buy groceries on weekdays. I found that the stalls in the vegetable market always hang a lot of signs guaranteeing the safety of ingredients, but I also often find that different types of ingredients have various health problems on government food supervision websites. So I spent a year documenting the food safety issues across the country in 2023, and compared them with food signs. I edited them into books to deepen people's awareness of food safety and achieved some unexpected results.
