A veteran of the industry, Michael made his career in account management at shops large and small, only two of which have survived intact since his departure. This turn of events may or may not have been a coincidence. Michael is quite evasive when asked about this. He will, however, tell you about all the accounts he led. Well, maybe not all, but you can really get him going on about Bud Light, HSBC, E*TRADE, ESPN and NFL in particular. And Jet.com. Definitely ask him about Jet.com and the Grand Prix Lion (see how he did that?). Today, Michael is the President of TiNY, the independent agency he co-founded with Mike Rovner and Tom Christmann. Yes. That Tom Christmann. Together, this not quite eighteen feet tall advertising powerhouse make great work for great clients - like American Century, Avantis Investors, MiNTiES freshbites, PetArmor, Nextstar, The Association of Music Producers and World of Hurt - and have a great time doing it. How could they not? When all of their clients are their favorites. Except one. You know who you are.
Michael is also an instructor at AdHouse and Adjunct Professor at City College's BIC graduate school program, partnered with Mike Rovner in that endeavor as well. Whew. That was a lot.
