Naretha was up to November 2016 the National Programme Manager at Vega School for the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Creative Brand Communication with core disciplines in Copywriting, Visual Communication and Multimedia Design, as well as the Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Creative Brand Communication. She was recently appointed the Campus Principal for the Durban campus. Naretha completed her Masters in Fine Art where she used an educational research methodology conducting a self-study in Afrikaner Calvinism in an Apartheid context as an influence on her identity and her art practice. She is the founder of Considered Creative Consultancy where she co-developed a reflective leadership methodology used in education and other professions. Naretha conducts guest talks and workshops in ‘ways of thinking’ which applicable in any context (education, professional or personal).
