Sheena been in the industry that spans more than 25 years in the Greater China region, where she worked for impeccable agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, D'Arcy, and DDB Group Greater China and Publicis. She played a integral and instrumental role on both the creative and integration front to build strong business partnership with many international and local clients such as L'Oreal Groupe, Citibank, P&G, Unilever, J&J, Coca-Cola, Fidelity International, Avon Cosmetics, Sanofi Pharmaceutical, Philips, Nestle, and General Motors (Buick and Cadillac) amongst others.

She has been recognized with numerous awards from recent Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Clio,Spikes, Epica, New York Festival, LIA, Adfest to major Chinese award shows, such as China 4A, China Great Wall Award, Effis and Long-Xi.

On business management, she has garnered many prestigious achievements by turning around Publicis China creative reputation from no where to Top 3. Under her leadership Publicis China were twice awarded the ROI's 'Best Creative Agency of the year" in 2009 and 2012 and won the top 1 position in Effis in 2014. Wining 2015 Clio Awards "China Agency of year," recently Campaign Brief ranked Publicis Shanghai as top 1st Agency of the year.

Prior to her China role, she led D'Arcy and Publicis Taiwan winning the "Agency of the Year" award in 2000 and 2006, respectively. In 2015, Publicis SH won the Agency of the year from Clio award.

Her other achievements in the industry includes the China Advertising Industry's 'Outstanding Woman of the Year in 2009' for her contributions to the industry.

She loves to tackle challenges and always renews record for herself and for the agencies she works. And she is still on the way for her unknown journey…
