Ale is a Peruvian Strategist living in NYC, currently working as an Associate Strategy Director at The Community. She started her career wanting to be a creative and ended up discovering a great strategy is meant to spark creativity, so she made this her main goal. In her almost 9 years of experience, she has worked at FCB, McCann and -now- Publicis networks. This has given her the chance to work for major global brands such as: Coca-Cola Company, Ab InBev, Nestle, L’oreal, among others; and different categories that include Beauty, Self-Care, Telecommunications, Food & Beverages, Airlines, Retail and Healthcare. This multi-category aspect of the job is one of the things she enjoys the most and together with her passion for creativity, it has given her the opportunity to win multiple awards such as: Cannes Lions, Effies, One Show, London Festival, New York Festival, Lia, Clio, and more. She believes the greatest attribute a strategist can have is “curiosity” and so she tries to always stay curious in the hunt for insights, trends, and anything consumer related out there.
