Ro Kalonaros is a storyteller working to use advertising, marketing, and media in creative and innovative ways to change culture positively. She currently leads content for OMC Hive at Omnicom, elevating and amplifying the deep collective knowledge and brilliant people of the Omnicom network.

In her previous role, she managed Omnicom’s innovation programming and in a past life she was an editor at SHAPE Magazine. Ro was selected for Adweek’s 2019 Executive Mentorship program and is a member of Advertising Week’s first NewGen Advisory Council. Ro is also a Community Leader on Fishbowl, pushing the industry through brave and productive conversations. A marathoner, triathlete, and literary Olympian, she is constantly looking for ways to push her limits physically, mentally, and spiritually.
