Miami Ad School (M.AD) is the only school in the industry that encourages the cross pollination of ideas by allowing students to study and intern around the globe. The result is some of the world’s most award-winning students—and a near-perfect placement rate.This Big Idea was conceived by Pippa and Ron Seichrist in 1993 and remains as big and unique as it was then. Thousands of M.AD School graduates are working in advertising agencies, design firms and brands all over the world.

Today, Pippa is focused on increasing diversity in the creative fields. M.AD School reflects this with a minority student rate of over 50%, which far exceeds that of the advertising industry. The school offers opportunities for growth and development to those who have traditionally been underrepresented in creative fields.

Pippa is now based at M.AD Atlanta. When she isn’t meeting with students and traveling to the school’s other locations, she carves rustic furniture and practices pottery. Several galleries exhibit her dog face jugs.
