In 2003, Elisabeth founded the branding agency EIGA together with Henning Otto. She is the managing partner of the agency and specialises in concept and design development.
Elisabeth has been a member of the ADC Art Directors Club Germany since 2014 and is an active juror in the field of design. In 2020 and 2022 she was elected to the Board of the Design Division and has since been a member of the Presidium.
She has also been a member of the DDC and the advisory board of the Design Zentrum Hamburg since 2023.
Elisabeth Plass has more than 20 years of experience in branding and has won awards in more than 100 national and international competitions.
