Global Director Creative Excellence
Momentum Worldwide
United States
As Global Director of Creative Excellence at Momentum Worldwide, I actively engage with strategic & creative leadership across the global offices. Creating and implementing awards processes and gaining recognition for all our GREAT WORK.
Holding previous roles at McCann, The One Club for Creativity, and The Public Relations Student Society of America instilled a great love for this industry in me.
Outside of agency life, I donate my time to the next generation of creatives, writers, culture catalysts, and brand-makers. As the Senior Producer for the D&AD Shift with Google program, a fully funded, industry-led night school program for creatives. Shift creates a space for self-made talent to learn from and connect with the industry, establish a network, and find job opportunities.
As Director of Creative Impact for North America at McCann, one of the world’s leading agency networks, I led Awards efforts, evaluating the network’s creative output for recognition on a global stage and supporting the internal Creative Leadership Council. I also served as Chair of McCann Connect, an Employee Resource Group focused on fostering community and volunteer opportunities within the agency.
At The One Club for Creativity, home of the globally renowned The One Show and the ADC Annual Awards, and a non-profit that supports those in the advertising industry. I maintained close ties with hundreds of colleges and universities across the US and around the globe, helping their students navigate their entry into the advertising world, all while producing Young Ones Student Awards and helping students gain industry-respected accolades (and pencils) before landing their first jobs.
Born and raised in New York City, I have a Bachelor’s in Strategic Communication and Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master’s in Branding and Integrated Communications from The City College of New York.
