Heitor Caetano is Creative and Content Director at DPZ, with a rich background in advertising campaigns, brand experiences, and content projects. They are also co-president of the Brazilian Creative Club (Clube de Criação), the foremost creative institution in Brazil.

Over the course of more than a decade, Heitor has worked at various creative agencies and held the role of Creative and Diversity Director in audiovisual projects, playing a key role in shaping representative narratives for entertainment and branded content.

As a Black and queer professional, Heitor has always drawn from their personal experiences to inspire their work, using their voice to champion inclusion in the communication industry. Thanks to their track record, they were the only creative professional from Latin America chosen as an ambassador for the Cannes Can: Diversity Collective (CC:DC) in 2022, contributing to building a more inclusive industry at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
