GAME ON: The Creativity of Gaming Design
Thursday, October 10, 2024
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
ABOUT THE EVENT:
New trends in the world of video game design and branding emerge everyday, leaving room for boundless opportunities to innovate and create visually stunning games and marketing campaigns. But with this also comes the challenge of keeping up with the demands from consumers. How are studios and independent designers grappling with these challenges, continuing to reach new audiences and ensuring underrepresented groups feel seen?
The ADC Awards was thrilled to introduce Gaming as its own discipline in 2023. As we launch the phenomenal 104th Annual Awards, and third consecutive year calling for entries into the gaming discipline; please join us for an exclusive virtual panel discussion with industry leaders in video game marketing and design as they explore the interplay between craftmanship in creation of games, including the overall art direction, world-building and character design and the marketing strategies developed behind the scenes to bring these visions to fruition.
Both the design and marketing of games require a certain level of creativity. Join us for what is sure to be a lively discussion and hear first-hand how the experts are creatively tackling the unique desires of audiences head on!
