ABOUT THE EVENT:
Join us as artists and designers discuss the opportunities and challenges around AI and the creative industry. This panel is taking place in support of ADC101+1, a captivating multi-platform experience featuring work of 101 designers and creatives from around the world in collaboration with Artificial Intelligence tools.
The collective art initiative, created by Pereira O’Dell and developed by lili Studios, serves as both an interactive gallery of work and global forum for engaging in dialogue and debate about the opportunities and issues involved with AI and the creative industry.
SPEAKERS:
Magnus Atom is a multi-disciplinary animation director, illustrator, motion graphics designer, and commercial artist. Born in Hawaii and raised in Brooklyn he has studied art at numerous prestigious art schools and received his BFA from Parsons The New School of Design. His clients have included VICE, Netflix, Playboy, The New York Times, Spotify, Channel 4, and Apple to name just a few. He is known for combining his various passions of CGI, hand-drawn animation, illustration, and motion graphics to create his signature style, which has won him recognition across various design industry publications. In 2021 he was the recipient of the Young Guns 19 award and is now currently represented globally as an animation director by Strange Beast in London. He currently resides in the small upstate New York town of Saratoga Springs with his puppy and wife.
Pavithra Dikshit is a Design Director at Landor&Fitch, India. Her portfolio of work is spread across corporate and consumer brands focussed primarily in South Asia’s emerging marketplace. Outside of this, her personal practice lies in the cross-sections of life explored in a cultural context. Pavithra is a key member of Kadak and linked to TypeCamp. In 2017, she was listed as one of the 20 under 35 emerging designers in India. She is a mentor at Stella which aims to develop, accelerate the careers of women leaders within WPP. In 2021, Pavithra was on the jury for One Show’s Young Guns 19 – under 30 portfolio competition. Her interview, ‘The World of Indian Graphic Design’ can be heard on AudioGyan. Pavithra’s work has been published on WeTransfer, Verve, City Lab, Bloomberg and Sunday Guardian. Her ongoing piece, ‘Verbal Self Portrait’ is in talks to be published in 2023. Prior to this, she also co-founded a small initiative – Postcard People, taught art at Teach for India. In her spare hours, she reads voraciously, cooks heirloom recipes and tends to the family garden.
Ally Behr is a Design Director originally from South Africa, and currently based in Amsterdam, with 10+ years of experience across digital product and brand communication. She has led the creation of award-winning digital experiences for clients across the globe, along with a team of multi–disciplinary designers. Ally is focused on creating unique digital products and experiences by leveraging emerging technology with experimental design, interaction, typography and motion.
Jason Naylor is a NYC artist, known for bright colors and even brighter themes, commonly found on large scale murals around the world. His work explores the communication of human emotions using organic shapes, bold colors and a strong design aesthetic. Jason has worked with various brands like Coach, Pepsi, Toyota, and Microsoft. He has received global recognition for his work including a Golden Novum Design Award. In 2018, BUMBLE named Jason one of its 100 Most Inspiring New Yorkers. People love Jason for his unforgettable colors and the optimism woven into his work. His relentless positivity and kindness translate across many mediums and applications, and his technicolor murals capture the hearts of everyone who sees them. Jason brings a fresh taste of love and kindness to all of his projects, and desires to use his work to spread love, good vibes, and also do some good in the world.

PJ Pereira is the co-founder of Pereira O’Dell and one of the industry’s most enthusiastic pioneers — particularly when it comes to the always-evolving intersection of advertising, entertainment, and technology. His passion for the frontiers of marketing has earned his agency hundreds of awards, including an Emmy for innovation in storytelling. It got him named the Top CCO in Adweek's Creative 100, recognized by AdAge’s Creativity 50, and noted in 4A's 100 People Who Make Advertising Great. In the judging rooms, PJ has chaired entertainment, digital, and social media categories in all of the world’s major shows, including the One Show and ADC. Beyond advertising, PJ Pereira is a best-selling novelist. He has published four books in his native Brazil, all clashing mythology with the modern connected world. In 2023, under the pen name PJ Caldas, he’ll launch his first novel in English, this time combining the martial arts with neuroscience and… artificial intelligence.
