Rob Schwartz | As both a former advertising CCO and CEO, Rob has a unique and complete perspective on the challenges of thriving in a creative business Today he’s the first Executive Coach for the entire TBWA Collective working with C-suite folks, creative directors and rising stars. He trained at Brown University in the ACT method. ACT (Awareness, Choice, Transformation), one of the most effective coaching methodologies based on developmental psychology and neuroscience. Rob has earned One Show pencils and juried for the show as well.
