Our Coaches:

Karen Crane 

Karen coaches rising stars, existing leaders and C-suite executives across all agency disciplines and networks, including start-ups. Throughout her career as a Creative Talent and Operations Leader in the advertising industry, she’s launched and led departments of up to 200 people and been fortunate enough to partner with some of the most well-known leaders on some of the biggest brands in the world. 

Rob Schwartz 

As both a former advertising CCO and CEO, Rob has a unique and complete perspective on the challenges of thriving in a creative business Today he’s the first Executive Coach for the entire TBWA Collective working with C-suite folks, creative directors and rising stars. He trained at Brown University in the ACT method. ACT (Awareness, Choice, Transformation), one of the most effective coaching methodologies based on developmental psychology and neuroscience. Rob has earned One Show pencils and juried for the show as well.
