While The One Club champions year-round initiatives and events to honor the creative community, its efforts culminate with the celebration of Creative Week, which takes place every May in New York City.

By day, Creative Week features a handful of sessions, workshops, and reviews, designed to foster discussion, reflection, and connection in the advertising and design industries. By night, Creative Week rolls out the red carpet as it recognizes the very best work of the past year by way of three internationally acclaimed award shows: the two-night lauding of “big ideas” at The One Show; the celebration of design and craftsmanship at the ADC Annual Awards; and the salute to the next generation of talent at the Young Ones Student Awards.

Whether you’re just starting your journey as a young designer or you’re picking up another Gold Pencil or Cube in your long advertising career, Creative Week has something for you.

For countless creatives worldwide, winning a One Show Pencil or ADC Cube is a dream come true. But dreams have to start somewhere, and for that, we have the Young Ones Student Awards. This global creative competition challenges students in creative studies to put their best foot forward in hopes of winning one of the first honors of their burgeoning careers.
