Caleb has a knack for turning things into other things. Like rainbows into donations, wrapping paper into catalogues of small business products and personal bankers into Twitch streamers. All this "turning" has turned out a bunch of awards, most notably an Effies Grand Prix and two gold Cannes Lions that he's named after his cats "Grayson" and "Ella". Following six years at FCB Canada, Caleb now works at McKinney Toronto alongside his partner in crime and creativity, Hussein Rumaithi.

Meet photographer and director Bronson Farr. Farr’s work spans multiple genres, but is connected by the through thread of his whimsical style and ability to capture his subject, who or whatever that may be, in their most authentic form. Whether shooting lifestyle or portraiture — his work is fun, bright, and contains a visual pop. He is driven to create in order to reflect back to the world what he sees, or often, hopes to see. As an advocate for greater civil rights, he strives to highlight LGBTQIA, POC, and AAPI communities within his work

Farr’ award winning work thrives on collaboration between himself, his subject, and his team. He finds creative solutions occur at the intersection of effective collaboration and preparation. Bronson’s process for creative ideation is both people-based, drawing on what people find visually or emotionally moving, and visual, inspired by creatives that came before him. This lends his projects a greater aesthetic resonance and relatability. By synthesizing both the past and present, Farr is able to craft work that is forward thinking in terms of concepts and visual compositions.

Sarah Hallacher

Senior Brand Designer, Google

Sarah (she/they) is a multidisciplinary Designer and Art Director who specializes in accessible brand systems and visual storytelling. She is dedicated to advocating for users & audiences, and has created award-winning work in the social impact space for clients like Apple, Coach, MTV, Nike, and Planned Parenthood.

A few highlights of their career include launching a national harm-reduction campaign, curating a queer sculpture show, screening an interactive documentary at MoMA, and joining the board of the Museum Arts & Culture Access Consortium. Her work has been recognized by NPR, The New York Times, Communication Arts, Sundance, and Vogue; among others. Offline, Sarah runs on crip time and can be found radically resting while intermittently writing poems and creating art. She lives in Brooklyn with her wife and their two goofy dogs.

Jordan Randall

Content Director, TikTok

Jordan Randall is the Content Director at TikTok, leading creative direction and content strategy for TikTok For Business across social media, blog, and newsletter platforms. He previously worked on TikTok’s Creative Agency Partnerships team, where he built educational programs that helped brands and advertising creatives show up more effectively on the platform.

Before joining TikTok, Jordan held marketing and business development roles at Nickelodeon, MediaCom, Media Assembly, and Digitas. A proud Howard University alum, Jordan is also the co-founder and co-host of Surface Level, a podcast that explores the nuances of the Black and Queer experience.

Nicky O AND DJ JO

Artist and Drag Entertainer

Nicky O is an artist and drag entertainer originally from LA. Upon moving to NYC, Nicky was instantly thrust into the spotlight of New York's club scene after a cameo appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where his tagline "It's called fashion, look it up" became an internet phenomenon. Since then, Nicky has infiltrated the fashion world, having been part of events and campaigns for brands including Jeremy Scott, VFILES, Alexander Wang, and Red Bull. Known for her loud drag style, bold pop aesthetic, and infectious charisma, Nicky demands your attention.

Followed by celebrities and visionaries of all types - from Rihanna to Azealia Banks, fashion vanguards to next-generation creatives, Olympians to Drag Race alums, and countless others - Nicky is at the intersection of art, performance, and nightlife and his one-of-a-kind 'pop' aesthetic continues to grow and inspire everyone it touches.

Advocacy & activism are deeply important to Nicky, who has used his platform over the years to shed light on local causes and fundraise for queer organizations. During the pandemic, Nicky's socially-distant fundraiser drag shows at Brooklyn's 3 Dollar Bill, raised over $10,000 in donations for homeless queer youth in NYC. Nicky believes in working hard to give back to the community that has embraced and nurtured them.

In small groups, you'll pair up for short blind contour drawing sessions — sketching one another without looking at the page. The results are often messy, sometimes hilarious, and always deeply human. It's not about the art — it's about taking a moment to connect, to observe, and to leave with a new perspective (and maybe even a new friend). Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis!
