The One Club for Creativity will make every effort to ensure the safety of our guests at our in-person events. With that in mind please note the following terms and conditions:
While The One Club for Creativity is adhering to New York City health and safety protocols, an inherent risk to COVID-19 exposure exists wherever people gather. By purchasing a ticket for a live event, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against The One Club for Creativity relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.

Masks & Proof of Vaccination
Guests for all indoor events are highly encouraged to wear a mask. Guests for all indoor events will be required to show proof of vaccination in order to gain entry. Guests will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine at the time of the event. “Fully vaccinated” means by the event date you must be:
- at least 14 days after your second dose of an FDA or WHO authorized two dose COVID-19 vaccine, or
- at least 14 days after your single dose of an FDA or WHO authorized single dose COVID-19 vaccine.
Accommodation will be made for those who for medical reasons or sincerely held relgious beliefs are not vaccinated for Covid-19. If an attendee cannot provide proof of vaccination, they must provide proof of a recent negative Covid-19 PCR test (within 72 hours of the event).
