The One Club for Creativity will make every effort to ensure the safety of our guests at our in-person events. With that in mind please note the following terms and conditions:

COVID-19 WAIVER

While The One Club for Creativity is adhering to New York City health and safety protocols, an inherent risk to COVID-19 exposure exists wherever people gather. By purchasing a ticket for a live event, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against The One Club for Creativity relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
