Executive Creative Summit - Amsterdam

Life seemed so much simpler when you were "just" a creative, when your main concerns were keeping the higher-ups happy and maybe, just maybe picking up a few Gold Pencils and Cubes along the way. But now you are one of the higher-ups, and while winning awards is still important, you now have the pressure of making vital decisions that can affect employees, clients, and of especially the agency's bottom line.

The One Club for Creativity's Executive Creative Summit was designed to address these concerns, bringing together C-suite creatives, agency founders and partners to discuss the issues that affect their businesses, far beyond the scope of creativity. The two-day Summit allows for a rare and genuine opportunity to foster open dialogue and exchange ideas that extend far beyond the creative department. This is not a conference, but rather a closed-door conversation between peers, including some of the most successful creative professionals in the industry.

No live streaming, No recordings, No press, No pitches, No tweets, snaps, grams or posts. Just intimate and honest closed door conversation with some of the most successful creative professionals in the industry.

In order to keep the event intimate enough for engaging conversations to unfold, spaces for the Summit are limited, and reserved for the top creative executives within an agency, as well as agency partners and founders.

The Executive Creative Summit registration fee is $1200.00 USD, which includes all sessions, breakfasts, lunches, a networking dinner and happy hour.

Summit includes:

  • Exclusive access to the one and a half day, Executive Creative Summit at The NewWerktheater, Thursday November 29 and half day Friday, 30th.
  • Day 1 Breakfast, lunch, Group Sessions, Networking Dinner and Happy Hour.
  • Day 2 Breakfast, Group Sessions, Closing Lunch.

Prospective attendees must register and be pre-screened before being allowed to purchase tickets.

Diversity In Culture And In Leadership
Susan Credle, FCB
As leaders we need to recognize the incredible difference diversity can make in our agencies. This difference can be positive or negative depending on how people are treated. Are you asking people to assimilate? Or are you encouraging them to bring their authentic selves to work. And then let’s talk about you as a leader. How diverse are you when it comes to leadership skills? And are you aware of how your greatest leadership strengths can turn against you?

Making Work That Makes A Dent
Iain Tait, Wieden + Kennedy London
We all talk about wanting to make work that impacts culture. But it's becoming harder and harder to do this for clients. Hyper-fragmented media and infinite competition from creators who don't play by the same rules have stacked the chips against us. Iain's going to tell some stories and drop some hints that might help, a bit.
