artless Inc. is an independently owned branding and strategic design agency, conducting design with creativity and strategy, based in tokyo japan, founded by shun kawakami in 2001.

our work is based in the language of design, encompassing all aspects of brand communication; branding and consulting, logo and visual identity, architecture and interior design, art and graphics, typography and signage, web and UI/UX.

we don’t differentiate between art, design, architecture, digital and other forms of communication — we embrace it. working across three languages, japanese, english and chinese, we seek out challenges that extend across multiple disciplines providing us with an experience that allows us to broaden our perspective.
