The One Club Establishes First International Chapter With The One Club for Creativity-Cairo

Following through on its mission to support and celebrate the success of the global creative community, The One Club for Creativity has established The One Club for Creativity-Cairo as its first international chapter.

President of the new chapter is Enas Rashwan, president of Cairo Ad School and a creative director for more than a decade.  The new authorized chapter will offer creatives in Egypt with access to an unparalleled array of programming across creative disciplines, with all initiatives falling under four key pillars: Education, Inclusion & Diversity, Professional Development and Gender Equality.

“Putting Egypt on the global creative map has long been my aim, and the existence of The One Club in Egypt is a dream came true” said Rashwan.  “Our country has always been the hub of creativity in the Middle East, and we have many great creatives who are known across the region.  With The One Club-Cairo, we plan to connect our creatives to the global community.”

“No other organization gives back to the advertising and design industries with this level of comprehensive educational and development programming on a global basis,” said Kevin Swanepoel of The One Club for Creativity.  “Cairo has long been a creative leader in the region and we are thrilled to work with Enas and her team as they have become our first International chapter.”

Rashwan has first hand experience in all The One Club for Creativity has to offer from her time in the U.S., where her career path was guided by participation in One Show and Young Guns Awards shows and attending various club educational and professional development events.

“The One Club for Creativity-Cairo is a great opportunity for our local community — including creatives, students, faculties and clients — to shine, grow and become part of the global community,” she added.  “These connections make our creative community stronger.  I am so proud to be part of this organization and ready to serve the chapter with heart and soul.”
