New York, NY (September 12, 2005) - The One Club will honor members of the Creative Hall of Fame with the sneak preview of a work-in-progress of The Alchemists on September 27 during Advertising Week 2005. Invited members of the advertising industry will gather at The Reuters Building for this exclusive screening of The Alchemists, which features interviews with Hal Riney, Dan Wieden, Lee Clow, and Rich Silverstein.

The full-length documentary, set to premiere in Spring 2006, champions the profound effect The One Club Creative Hall of Fame inductees and a few select others have had on our culture. The Alchemists will chronicle how their vision and belief in the power of an idea manifested true change within the culture that we live in. It is only fitting that The One Club bring this story to life; no other organization is as committed to the creative achievements of the advertising industry.

"The Alchemists celebrates the legacy of the people whose unwavering commitment to their work has literally changed the world," said Mary Warlick, Executive Director of the One Club. "It is an exciting group of individuals who have done amazing work in our time."

The One Club recruited Executive Producers Kirk Souder and Greg Beauchamp of Granite Pass to create The Alchemist. Granite Pass assembled a team that included the vanguard production company Art&Industry and award-winning documentary filmmaker Doug Pray.

For more than 40 years, The One Club has saluted legendary advertisers and their outstanding contributions to the industry at its annual Creative Hall of Fame dinner.
